Progress Reports

College

Work Completed:

In November of 2012 I filled out college applications to three UC schools and 3 California state schools. Those schools include, SDSU, CSU Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, and UC San Diego. Also, I have taken the SAT and have received a good GPA.

Work Underway:

I am currently in the process of filling out various scholarships in order to receive money for college.

Work to be Completed:

Within the next couple of weeks, I will be receiving acceptance letters from the schools listed above. And, by May 1st I will need to decide which school I will be attending in the fall. But, before that I will need to visit all of the campuses in order to know exactly what university will be the best fit for me. 

Academics

Work Completed:

From 2009 to 2012, I have completed freshman year, sophomore year, and junior year. In September of 2012, I started my first semester of senior year. In that first semester, I completed Government, English, Spanish, Physics, and Pre-Calculus classes.

Work Underway:

I am currently in the process of finishing the second semester of my senior year at West Hills High School. The classes in progress are English, Government, Spanish, Pre-Calculus, and Physics.

Work to be Completed: 

I need to finish my classes for second semester. Also, with those classes I need to maintain my A average and keep at least a 4.2 for college. When I finish all of my classes, I will graduate on June 19th, 2013 and receive my diploma.

Employment

Work Completed:

Prior to employment, I listed all of the jobs that I will be applying for. Next, I went to all of the businesses and got in contact with the managers. The managers gave me an application to fill out.

Work Underway:

I have started filling out all of the applications that I have received.

Work to be Completed:

I need to finish filling out all of the applications by next Wednesday the 6th of March. When I am done filling them out, I will return them to the businesses to be considered for any open positions. One week after I turn in the applications, I will go back to the businesses and check back with the managers if I don't receive any contact from them. If I do in fact get contacted with the businesses I will go on interviews.
